Nigeria’s domestic airline, Green Africa, has temporarily halted flight operations due to an unexpected issue with its aircraft lessor.
In a statement released on Monday, the airline expressed regret over the disruption, assuring passengers that efforts were underway to resolve the situation swiftly.
“We sincerely apologise to our valued customers who will be impacted by this disruption,” the airline stated. “Please rest assured that we are actively working towards ensuring that we are able to resume operations in very short order.”
However, Green Africa did not disclose specific details regarding the issue with its lessor, leaving passengers and industry watchers in anticipation of further updates.
