President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has once again affirmed his physical fitness following his tawaf at the Umrah ceremony at the Saudi Arabian holy site of Kaabah, Mecca.

Prez Tinubu arrived in Jeddah on Sunday in preparation for his next trip to Makkah, where he will make a minor pilgrimage.

“President Bola Tinubu performing Tawaf or walking around, as part of Umrah rites on Sunday at Kaabah, Mecca in Saudi Arabia,” said a post that featured images of Tinubu at Mecca and was shared by Bayo Onanuga, the president’s special assistant on information and strategy.

It should be remembered that Tinubu traveled to Saudi Arabia on Thursday in order to take part in the Saudi-Africa Summit.

During the summit, Tinubu emphasized that his administration’s continuous domestic economic reforms serve as a strong foundation for Nigeria’s commitment to growing business partnerships and luring more foreign direct investment.

During the first Saudi-African Summit, topics covered included promoting coordinated efforts, strengthening cross-sectoral investment cooperation, addressing threats to regional security, and facilitating economic transformation through research and local development of new energy solutions.

The Saudi Arabian government promised to assist with the rehabilitation of two refineries in the nation and make additional investments as a result of the bilateral summit.
