Oyo Governor elect, Engr. Seyi Makinde and his deputy, Eng Rauf Olaniyan were presented their Certificates of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Wednesday in Ibadan.
The event which was held at the Premier Hotel Ibadan had in attendance notable people from all spheres of life.
Also presented certificates were the elected members of the state House of Assembly.
