Nollywood actress Ini Edo and her collaborator Chinenye Nworah are allegedly locked in a legal dispute over who owns the rights to their 2023 Netflix series, “Shanty Town.”
In a cease-and-desist letter, I had requested that Netflix not enter into a contract with Noah for the show’s continuation.

Ini Edo asserted in the letter that Channels TV was able to obtain that the producers, not just Nworah, should receive five percent of the revenues.

The actor claimed that since Nworah had contracts with two other businesses, three people should be granted ownership rights.

Nworah denied any idea of joint ownership with Ini Edo in her answer to the lawsuit, calling Ini Edo’s assertions nasty and untrue.
