Mallam Idris Mohammed has received congratulations from the International Press Institute (IPI) on being named minister of information and national orientation.
In a letter to the minister that was signed by Frane Maroevic, the organization’s executive director, expressed its heartfelt congratulations and stated that the appointment is evidence of the minister’s remarkable commitment and labor of love. He continued by saying that it also shows how much President Bola Tinubu believes in the minister’s talents.
He praised Mallam Idris for being a superb option for the critical role due to his vast expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Nigerian media industry.
He declared, “We at the International Press Institute are very happy to have you as our respected member.You are a great fit for this important role due to your considerable experience, thorough grasp of the Nigerian media industry, and mastery of communication and information technologies.
We look to your leadership in implementing positive reforms and creative tactics that will promote independent media and improve the delivery of accurate and timely information to Nigerian citizens as a highly respected expert and devoted IPI member.
