At the 2023 Grammy Awards, a few famous people had to introduce themselves to one particular star.

Adele established a reputation as a social butterfly long before she won the Best Pop Solo Performance prize at the Feb. 5 awards presentation at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Adele and Lizzo, who were seated at the same table, interacted openly multiple times when the two were up for Album of the Year. Aside from that, she took pictures with celebrities like Beyoncé and H.E.R., the latter of whom is currently the musician with the most Grammy Awards. (This page includes a list of all the winners.)

Not to mention, before Dwayne Johnson referred to Adele as his “best friend,” the “Easy On Me” singer and the singer, who attended the awards show with her boyfriend Rich Paul, fangirled over one another.

She thanked her 10-year-old son Angelo Adkins before said she was “really looking forward to coming tonight” on stage to claim her prize. The funny advice her lover had given her was then revealed.

“He advised Richie, “Don’t cry.” She jokingly said, “If you win anything today, don’t weep, and yet, here I am crying.”
