In a remarkable turn of events, Firdausi Muhammad, a 25-year-old woman from Jigawa State, has given birth to triplets—a boy and two girls—just a year after having twins. The babies were delivered by Cesarean section at Dutse General Hospital on Saturday at around 12:30 pm. Thankfully, both the triplets and Firdausi are reported to be in good health, under the care of the hospital’s medical team.
The family’s joy is tempered with the challenges of raising multiple young children. Firdausi and her husband, Dayyabu Muhammad, a junior police officer serving at the Jigawa State police command, have appealed for assistance. Firdausi specifically called on Jigawa State Governor Umar Namadi, his wife, and other compassionate individuals to provide support for their family’s needs.
While grateful for the blessings, Dayyabu also expressed a need for prayers and assistance as they navigate the responsibilities of raising their children.
