Dr. Babagana Wakil Chief of Staff to Borno State Governor Baabgana Umar Zulum is dead.
A statement issued by the Governor’s spokesman, Isa Gusau says, the late Chief of Staff will be buried at 4pm Wednesday at his family residence, in Shehuri North, Maiduguri according to Islamic right.
He died Wednesday in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
