The National Industrial Court has ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), to cancel the continuous cross country Strike.

ASUU has been protesting since February 14 to squeeze home the interest for further developed financing for colleges, a survey of pay rates for instructors, among different issues. A few gatherings among ASUU and the central government have finished in a stop. Subsequently, the central government went to court to challenge the strike.

Conveying a decision on the interlocutory directive documented by the Central government , Equity Polycarp Hamman controlled ASUU from going on with the modern activity forthcoming the assurance of the suit. Equity Polycap who is a get-away adjudicator requested that the case documented be gotten back to the leader of the Modern Court for reassignment to another appointed authority.
