Prosecutors in Romania have charged controversial influencer Andrew Tate, his brother Tristan, and two other individuals with human trafficking, r+pe, and organizing a criminal group to sexually exploit women.
Romanian authorities have ordered the Tate brothers, who are presently under house arrest, and two Romanian female suspects to stand trial for offenses perpetrated against seven women.
So far, they have strenuously refuted the allegations. The four were detained by police from 29 December to 31 March before being placed under home arrest by a Bucharest court.
Andrew Tate has also been charged with r+ping one of the victims, and his brother Tristan with inciting others to violĀ£ncĀ£.
The trial will not begin right away. According to prosecutors, the brothers recruited their victims by sexing them and fraudulently claiming to seek a relationship or marriage.
