All suspects in the brutal killing of Kehinde and Bukola Fatinoye and their son Oreoluwa in the state’s Abeokuta region have been detained by the Ogun State Police Command.
On New Year’s Day, the victims were murdered in their home after leaving for Crossover service.
A suspect merely known as Lekan Adekanbi was detained after the horrific incident. He escaped from police custody at the Ibara Police Divisional Headquarters shortly after that.
The command’s spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, however, said three people implicated in the deaths, including the primary suspect who had earlier escaped from police custody, had been apprehended when providing a situation update on the case on Friday, February 10.
Lekan Adekanbi, also known as Koroba, Ahmed Odetola, also known as Akamo, and Waheed Adeniji, also known as Koffi, were all arrested as suspects in the killing.
