Alhaji Wali Mohammad Sadiq, the son of former ambassador Aminu Wali, has once again been recognized by the Court of Appeal as the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) legitimate nominee for governor of Kano.
The Federal high court’s decision to uphold the party primary election that resulted in Mohammad Abacha, the late Gen. Sani Abacha’s son, becoming the party candidate was later overturned by the court on Friday due to its lack of merit.
