Muktar Yerima, a member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), was unjustly elected to represent the Tarauni Federal Constituency, according to the National and State House of Assembly elections petition tribunal in Kano.
It will be noted that the petitioner, Hafizu Kawu of the All Progressive Congress (APC), contested the tribunal’s Thursday decision to annul Muktar Yerima’s election victory.
