The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially released the deployment letters for the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream II prospective corps members (PCMs). In a statement posted on X on Monday, the NYSC advised PCMs to avoid traveling at night while heading to their designated orientation camps to ensure safety.
Additionally, the scheme instructed all PCMs to print and sign an addendum, which they must submit during the registration process upon arrival at their orientation camps.
For logistical reasons, the NYSC announced that some PCMs deployed to Lagos State will undertake their orientation course in neighboring Ekiti, Ondo, and Osun States. Similarly, those deployed to the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) will complete their orientation in Nasarawa and Kaduna States.
These important guidelines are part of the NYSC’s efforts to streamline the deployment process and ensure the smooth conduct of the 2024 Batch ‘C’ orientation program.
