Kwara 2019: Live Results, Update, Situation Report

The people of Kwara State will on Saturday, March 9, go to the poll, to vote in the governorship and State Assembly elections.

The election will hold in 29 out of the 36 states in the country.

However, Kwara, the home State of the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki has emerged as one of the flashpoints, as a result of the fierce power tussle between the APC and PDP.

Saraki and Governor Ahmed Abdulfatah would fight to retain power while the Lai Mohammed-led APC will want to reclaim it.

There will also be elections for State House of Assembly seats.
