Results from 32 Local Government Areas out of the 33 LGAs in Oyo state showed that Seyi Makinde, aspirant under People’s Democratic Party (PDP), is leading Adebayo Adelabu of the All Progressive Congress (APC) with over hundred thousand votes.
With the results declared so far by the collations officers, Makinde polled 481,176 votes to beat his closest contestant, Adebayo Adelabu of the All Progressives Congress, who scored 339,801 votes.
