Barcelona captain and legend, Lionel Messi, has returned to Argentina squad for their international friendlies against Brazil and Uruguay later this month after serving a three-month ban.
It would be recalled that Messi was banned after he accused South America’s football governing body (CONMEBOL) of corruption, following the red card he received in his country’s 2-1 third-place playoff win against Chile.
The 32-year-old missed Argentina’s matches against Chile (September 5), Mexico (September 10) and Germany (October 10).
Messi was included in the squad that was announced by Argentina coach, Lionel Scaloni on Thursday for the matches against Brazil on November 15 in Saudi Arabia and against Uruguay in Israel on November 1.
