Babatunji Wusu –
After graduating with honors from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, late Nabeeha Al-Kadriyah was kidnapped and killed by bandits in Abuja.
She would have received recognition during the school’s convocation, which is scheduled for January 27, 2024, according to her uncle Sherifdeen.
Sherifdeen, in an interview with DailyTrust in Ilorin, Kwara State, stated that the family experienced mixed emotions at the release of Nabeeha’s surviving sisters late on Saturday.
“You can see how she would have felt if she had been present for the convocation. Nonetheless, the circumstance has increased our trust in the All-Powerful Allah.
We are grateful to everyone who supported us during this difficult time. It was me who went to pick up the late Nabeeha’s body. Her sister Najeeba was compelled to see her body in order to traumatize her and others so that we could swiftly pay the ransom, he stated. She was truly murdered.
