The Commissioner of Police (CP) in Niger State, Shawulu Ebenezer Danmamman, has pledged further collaboration between the Police Command and other security agencies, emphasizing the importance of intelligence sharing and joint operational activities.

Danmamman made this commitment during a courtesy visit by the Customs Area Controller for the Niger/Kogi Area Command, Comptroller P. C. Chibuoke, and his team at the Police Command office in Minna.

The CP stressed the need for continued interaction between the Police and Customs officers, encouraging them to exchange ideas, share intelligence, and identify key stakeholders who can contribute to achieving their shared security objectives. He reiterated that synergy with sister agencies is crucial in addressing societal crime challenges.

Danmamman also congratulated Comptroller Chibuoke on his appointment and reassured him of the Police Command’s full cooperation moving forward.

In response, the Customs Controller explained that the visit aimed to strengthen the existing relationship between the Police and Customs in the state and explore further avenues for collaboration.
