Kacper Potulski has insisted that Poland deserved more from Super Eagles draw after a 2-2 friendly in Warsaw on Wednesday night.
At the 58,000-capacity Stadion PGE Narodowy, Jan Urban’s side struck twice but were pegged back by Nigeria in a lively contest.
Potulski, who scored Poland’s first goal late in the first half, claimed his team created more chances but suffered poor finishing and disputed decisions, saying Poland deserved more from Super Eagles draw again.
Poland felt unlucky after the penalty decision and offside debate, with supporters praising their attacking display despite the draw.
Urban said his players must improve finishing ahead of future fixtures as Nigeria held firm under pressure in the closing stages of the match in Warsaw.
Weeks ahead will demand sharper focus and consistency from players.
