POLICE: WE ARE UNAWARE OF THE DEATHS OF TARABA EMIR’S WIVES AND CHILDREN.

The Emir Gasol Sani Kachala Dona’s wives and children are allegedly dead, but the Taraba State Police Command claims to be unaware of this.

Usman Abdullahi, a police public relations official, claimed during an interview with our correspondent that the command was not informed of the deaths of the wives and kids who had been abducted by gunmen two weeks prior.

Instead, one of the kids had managed to escape the kidnappers with injuries, according to Abdullahi, and was being treated in a hospital somewhere in the state.

He claimed that the police commissioner had already dispatched an anti-kidnappers squad to find those responsible.
