A man believed to be mentally unstable, says the forthcoming general elections in Nigeria have been rigged.

The Premier News reports that the nation’s Presidential election is slated for February 16 while the Governorship and State House of Assembly elections will hold on March 2, 2019.

A statement on INEC’s twitter handle, @inecnigeria, had quoted its chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu as saying “The Area Council elections in FCT will hold on 2nd March 2019 along with the Governorship and State Assembly elections”.

Asked to comment on the forthcoming elections, the ‘lunatic’ said: “The election has been rigged, stay at home February 16. Sit at home, no exercise in anywhere. Thank you”.
