The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has accused him of masquerading as a lawyer and highlighted that he is neither registered as a lawyer of the High Court of Kenya nor a member of the organization. The LSK issued a statement on Thursday notifying its members and the public about Mwendwa’s fraudulent activities and requested further investigation into this alarming incident, which suggests a potential case of identity theft.
