In Akamkpa, Cross River State, residents were spotted collecting fuel from a tanker that had overturned along the roadside. The incident was revealed in a statement and video shared by The Cable on X.com on Thursday.
In the footage, locals were seen transferring fuel into various containers, including kegs and buckets, from the fallen tanker.
