Actor Femi Adebayo is gushing over his most recent epic film, King of Thieves, which received worldwide acclaim.
One of the few Nigerian films being considered for the Oscars list in the upcoming award season is the film.
After his ground-breaking film advanced to the Oscars selection committee level, the actor posted insightful observations to his Instagram page.
He pointed out that the nation is required to offer a film by October 21; surprisingly, his King of Thieves is one of the three works that have been submitted.
The 43-year-old emphasized the necessity of continuing to present authentic African stories while noting that the victory will expose Nigeria to the world market.

It’s interesting to note that all 3 are local Epic movies. This is convincing evidence that sharing the real African story can help us gain access to the world market.
