Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to make his history as they prepare to tie the knot at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle by midday on Saturday, May 19 2018.
The couple are expected to take on the royal titles of Duke and Duchess of Sussex after they get wedded in what could be the first time an English Prince is marrying an American. Over 600 guests are expected to grace the ceremony, among the huge crowds gathered in Windsor to catch a glimpse of the new couple when the travel round town in a open-topped carriage.
The ceremony have started to see hundred of die-hard royalists who have camped out overnight to secure a best position for the day, dressed in the national colours of both Britain and the United States.
Speaking about the wedding, Kessington Palace said that the couple had carefully thought about the music and hymns and other parts of the ceremony
“Like any couple getting married, Prince Harry and Ms Markle have taken a great deal of care in selecting all elements for their service,’ the palace said.
‘This has been a collaborative effort led by Prince Harry and Ms Markle. ‘They have also sought the advice of the Prince of Wales for the orchestral music before the Service begins.’
