STUDENT AT UNIJOS, 70 YEARS OLD, GETS FIRST CLASS.

Ben Duamlong, a 70-year-old man, received a first-class degree from the University of Jos (UNIJOS).

According to DailyTrust, Duamlong graduated from the university in 2023 together with 20,532 other pupils.

The report states that after retiring as a football coach, he enrolled in the degree program out of a desire for learning.

Although earning a first-class degree certificate is frequently a difficult undertaking for students, the 70-year-old claimed that it shouldn’t be.

“My love of art is what motivated me to return to the university at this age. I have always drew, but I have never painted, all my life. I like to paint. While I can paint, I can only draw. I sat home and did nothing after I stopped playing football in 2014. I made the decision to return to school for that reason,” he stated.
