Delay May Disrupt Visa Processing
Board Assures Smooth Arrangements for 2025 Hajj
Grouping of Pilgrims to Enhance Efficiency
The Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board has cautioned intending pilgrims for the 2025 Hajj against delaying the submission of their passports, emphasizing that prompt compliance is vital for seamless visa processing.
Director-General of the board, Ahmad Labbo, issued the advisory in a statement through the board’s spokesperson, Habibu Yusuf, after a management meeting in Dutse, the state capital, on Tuesday.
Labbo assured that the board is fully prepared for visa processing but urged all intending pilgrims who are yet to submit their passports to do so immediately to avoid setbacks.
He emphasized that all necessary arrangements have been concluded to facilitate a hassle-free visa application process. According to him, the board will maintain the grouping of pilgrims as done in previous years to enhance efficiency.
Labbo also reaffirmed the board’s collaboration with Zonal Officers to ensure strict adherence to Saudi regulations. He urged all registered pilgrims to comply fully with the board’s directives to prevent documentation issues.
