TAF Africa Pays Courtesy Visit to IGP Disu, Backs Stronger Collaboration on Security

TAF Africa has paid a courtesy visit to the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, in Abuja, as both sides explored opportunities to strengthen collaboration on security, policing and citizen participation.

The visit provided an opportunity for meaningful engagement on issues surrounding national security and the need for stronger partnerships between relevant stakeholders and the Nigeria Police Force.

Discussions during the engagement focused on the importance of effective policing, citizen participation, security cooperation and collaborative efforts toward building a safer and more secure Nigeria.

The engagement also underscored the importance of strengthening relationships between civil society organisations and security institutions in addressing emerging security challenges and promoting public confidence.

TAF Africa’s visit reflects the growing need for constructive dialogue and partnerships that can support effective security strategies while encouraging citizens to play an active role in promoting peace and safety.
