THE FAMILY OF ACTOR SAINT OBI INFORMS DIRECTOR ZIK ZULU OKAFOR THAT HE IS LYING AND BEING DISRESPECTFUL.

The late actor Obinna Nwafor’s family has commented on an article by director Zik Zulu Okafor that claimed the actor’s failing marriage was the cause of his premature demise.

In a statement released on May 18, the actor’s two older sisters, Ugoeze Edith Chinyere Obichuku and Freda Nwachukwu, called the piece “false, malicious, and insensitive to the wife, children, and entire family he left behind.”

The following is what the statement says, according to Vanguard: “Our attention has been drawn to the publication by one Mr. Zik Zulu Okafor concerning the death of our son, Mr. Obinna Nwafor, popularly known as Saint Obi, and the accompanying negative commentary in social media and other media portraying his widow in an unfair and most defamatory manner.

All of the opinions and claims made therein belong to the author. They are untrue, spiteful, and inconsiderate of his wife, kids, and entire family.
