The Irede Foundation (TIF) has called on Nigerians to support its work in ensuring kids with limb problems get quality education.

The foundation is currently seeking financial donation for Perry Odigie, who wants to be a doctor to take care of his mum and help other children.

Perry enjoys introducing himself as Desmond and other names he chooses to bear per time.

He was born with a congenital defect on both limbs which required an amputation.

Perry went in for the surgery Sept 2018 and today he is standing and walking on both limbs; one of the many success story of TIF.

The Irede Foundation is out with its yearly event, ‘Out on a Limb’, a campaign that creates awareness and raises funds for child amputees like Perry.

This year’s walk is the 7th edition since its inception in 2012.

The theme for the walk is “Ensuring Inclusiveness for Children living with Limb Loss”.

The walk is scheduled to hold on the 13th of April 2019 in 30 cities across the world.
