Popular Nigerian TikToker, Peller, is facing a ₦395 million lawsuit over allegations of verbal assault and invasion of privacy.
The suit was filed by a Lagos-based woman, Osarobo Odigie, following a confrontation between both parties at Folixxx Lounge.
According to details contained in a pre-action letter issued by her lawyer, Bola Osineye of FA Garrick & Co., the incident occurred on January 6, 2026, while Odigie was purchasing food at the lounge.
Odigie alleged that Peller verbally assaulted her during the encounter and later shared a video of the altercation online without her consent.
Although the TikToker reportedly apologised for posting the video, Odigie insists the damage had already been done.
Through her legal team, she is demanding ₦395 million in compensation, citing defamatory publication, emotional trauma, reputational damage, and distress resulting from cyberbullying that followed the video’s circulation.
The legal team warned that court proceedings will commence next week if their demands are not met.
