An advising company called Ingenium Concepts Limited has revealed plans for an international customer service training effort for 2023.
To encourage the growth and development of Africa’s business ecosystem, this is being done.

Be That Exceptional Customer Service Representative is the slogan for the campaign, which aims to empower one million customer service representatives in Africa each quarter of the year. The inaugural cohort, which is slated to take place on March 31, will be a hybrid event that combines onsite components in Lagos, Nigeria, with a virtual training session that participants may access from anywhere.

Ingenium Concepts Ltd stated that the company will work in partnership with organizations throughout Africa that demonstrate their commitment to improving customer service on the continent and are having a positive impact on the communities they serve in order to deliver this initiative and reach a large audience.

The United States National Customer Service Association (NCSA), a partner in training, GLG Communications, a partner in public relations, and Astute UK, a partner in consultancy, all support the CST effort.

While SMEs are growing in Africa, according to Jennifer Orode, managing director of Ingenium Concepts Limited, customer service skills are still missing on the continent.

Although the African economy has been expanding quickly thanks to the continent’s growing SMEs, she claimed that there is still a substantial shortage of skilled workers, particularly in the area of customer service.

She contends that in a highly competitive environment, companies must develop strategies to consistently ensure access to their customers’ resources in order to be successful and long-lasting.

This effort, she continued, is our attempt to fill that vacuum. All business stakeholders, including customers, customer service agents, and enterprises alike, will profit from the training’s presentation of the subtleties of customer dynamics and behavior in the modern world.

The mission of Lagos, Nigeria-based Ingenium, a business advising firm, is to use the collective knowledge, skills, and intellectual resources of her team to encourage greatness in both individuals and organizations. Through insights, results-driven strategies, and business structures that promote growth and peak performances, the organization strives to accelerate idea implementation and improve business culture.
