Tunji Wusu –

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the head of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has revealed why Nigerians are struggling under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership, claiming that God is opposed to a Muslim-Muslim government for the country.

Primate Ayodele advised against voting for a Muslim-Muslim ticket numerous times prior to the election, and he made that warning public in a statement signed by his media assistant, Osho Oluwatosin.

The cleric recalled how many people, including other clergy, were critical of him for speaking out against the Muslim-Muslim ticket during the campaign.

He claimed that APC followers believed he despised Muslims and Tinubu because of his repeated prophesies against another APC administration, but he asserted that he has finally been vindicated in light of the misery the nation is currently experiencing.

”The clergy who back the Muslim-Muslim ticket are nowhere to be found. They turned against the government because they were only able to see what was right in front of them. It’s about doing what God commands, not about disliking any particular faith. The Muslim-Muslim ticket is still unsupported by God as of this writing.

‘Nigerians have not yet been put through hardship, as I had previously warned, and what this current government would deliver to Nigerians will make Buhari’s reign look like a joke. We are already crying after only three months; the journey will be difficult and prolonged.

Many of the APC members thought I detested Tinubu or had a vendetta against him when I forewarned them. Some even claimed I despised Muslims because I vehemently opposed the Muslim-Muslim ticket. They are all jokers, and I’m sure they now realize that my forecasts against Tinubu’s president weren’t the consequence of personal problems; rather, God had commanded him to warn his people.
