Melaye

A previous Senator addressing Kogi West and representative of the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Organization, Dino Melaye, has revealed that the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Iyorchia Ayu, would leave when Atiku arises president in 2023.

The premier News reports that Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State, who has been having a running fight with Atiku, has demanded the renunciation of Ayu as a condition for harmony in the resistance.

PDP Chairman’s Removal

Addressing Leadership, Dino Melaye blamed individuals for the All Progressives Congress (APC) of clamoring for Ayu’s sack.

He expressed that moves to drive Ayu’s abdication before the 2023 official political race is irredeemable.

While guaranteeing that the APC needs to cause a sacred emergency in the PDP, Dino Melaye uncovered that Ayu wouldn’t be director when Atiku arises as president-elect.

He said, “The willful abdication of Ayu, assuming we are to go by the constitution of the party, it expresses that once the director is eliminated, he should be supplanted by someone from the zone, and by order and strategy, in the event that Ayu leaves today, the agent public administrator, north, by sacred arrangements is the one that should step in.”

“Furthermore, what they are clamoring for is that the north ought not be director and north ought not be the official up-and-comer, yet it has occurred before where a northerner was the executive and Good karma Jonathan became president, yet promptly Jonathan was confirmed, then he was eliminated and (Dr. Okwesilieze) Nwodo was acquired to supplant the northerner, and that situation is exactly the same thing that we ought to follow.

“We are not saying Ayu will be administrator when Atiku arises as president-elect. The second he becomes president-elect, and I have said previously – that the legislative leaders of PDP made Ayu public director, and to that end Ayu was an agreement competitor.

“At the time they were making Ayu public director, did they believe that Ayu is from Imo? Or on the other hand did they believe that Ayu is from Edo state? Everyone realize that Ayu is a northerner when he was made the director, so let us not in view of individual interest attempt to make issues where there is none.”

He expressed there is no issue in the fundamental resistance, adding that the PDP lobby committee would be revealed soon.

Atiku VS Wike
Talking further, the previous legislator expressed that the issue among Wike and Atiku is a minor conflict “between a couple of individuals from the party,” as most would consider to be normal in a majority rule government.

As per him, the emergency between the Rivers lead representative and the PDP official up-and-comer is taken care of, and surprisingly fast, it will be finished.

He portrayed Wike as a capable man, focusing on that the lead representative is yet to say that he won’t uphold PDP.

He reviewed that Wike, during the show, let Nigerians know that he would uphold whoever arose as the official competitor of the party.

“I can guarantee you that there is no reason to worry that PDP will win the following general political race and Atiku Abubakar will be the leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023,” he said.

APC A Dead Party
Congressperson Dino Melaye depicted APC as a dead party, saying that Nigerians are searching for results while APC is in the middle of giving reasons.

He said, “You are a Nigerian, you go to a similar market, and you understand what life was in 2015, and you understand what it is today. Assuming you complete near examination to understand what it is, in the space of frailty, the issue was restricted to Yobe and Borno states.”

He added that today no piece of the nation is secure to the degree that the leader of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is being undermined with hijack by criminals.

“We have never gotten to a phase that the last line of safeguard, which is the Brigade of Guards, is being gone after, and there is no cure, there is no capture or strutting of anybody,” he said.

Dino Melaye said in 2015, Nigerians flew Economy (class) from here to Lagos for N18,000; today, it is N100,000.

The previous administrator said: “I purchased diesel in 2015 for N180 per liter, today it is N800. You can let me know that the Dollar in 2015 was N210 today, it is N700 to a dollar. We are at the edge, and you can’t be faulting PDP for your incident.”

As per him, under the PDP, rail lines were not gone after, capturing was not this intricate, and under the Goodluck Jonathan organization, the complete spending plan for safeguard, including the police, in 2015 was N66bn, yet when Buhari came in 2015, the 2016 financial plan for guard rose to N99bn, to N140bn in 2017 and N240bn in 2018.
