Chinese President Xi Jinping on Thursday urged BRICS leaders to act as a stabilizing force amid global challenges. Speaking on the final day of the BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia, Xi emphasized the importance of the group’s role in strengthening global security and addressing key issues.
He highlighted the ongoing struggles faced by the world, particularly the need for peace, and called for a ceasefire in Gaza. Xi also stressed the importance of preventing further conflict in Lebanon while pushing for a revived two-state solution in Palestine.
“There should be no more suffering in Palestine and Lebanon,” Xi remarked, urging swift action to restore stability.
