Agents of the Ogun police command have detained four men in connection with the abrupt disappearance of Adebayo Aminat Keji, 36, who has been missing since September 16, 2022.
The suspects, who have been identified as Azeez Raimi, 21, Yusuf Saheed, 33, Awodero Michael, 27, and Soneye Lateef, 39, were detained after the victim’s older brother, Ahmed Adebayo, complained to the police that the victim had left home on September 15 and that she had not been seen since.
The victim was last seen at the hotel owned by Soneye Lateef, according to a statement from the command’s spokeswoman, SP Abimbola Oyeyemi. Soneye Lateef is a hotelier. The hotel owner confessed under questioning that the missing woman had visited his establishment on that day at the invitation of her friend Bose Fajebe, who arrived at the establishment with her boyfriend.
