YEMI ADEYEMI, NICKNAME SUARA, A VETERAN ACTOR, DIES.

Suara, a veteran actor played by Chief Yemi Adeyemi, is dead.

Adeyemi passed away on Sunday, September 24, 2023, according to a statement made on Monday, September 25, 2023 by the grieving family.

“It is with a heavy heart but with total submission to God that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle, Oluyemi Lawrence Adeyemi (Suara), who went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 24, 2023,” the statement signed by the deceased’s son Adedotun Adeyemi reads.

We are comforted by the knowledge that he has retired to sleep. We respectfully ask that you respect the family’s need for privacy during this difficult time. Soon, more information regarding the funeral will be released.

Adeyemi rose to fame in the long-rested “Oh Father…Oh Daughter” episode of the wildly successful Super Story television series by Wale Adenuga productions as Suara. In addition, he had a significant part in Lekki Wives and other movies.
