Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Meta, has announced that starting on Tuesday, WhatsApp users will be able to use the same account on numerous phones at once.

In a brief statement published on his official Facebook page on Tuesday, Mr. Zuckerberg made this disclosure.

You can access the same WhatsApp account on up to four phones starting today (Tuesday), according to his tweet.

Users of the well-known chat and video calling service previously had to use a single phone with the same number to access their accounts. The prior account will become inactive if you try to use it on another phone.

WhatsApp users may now be able to use the same account on at least four devices according to Mr. Zuckerberg’s revelation.

The IT giant Meta owns WhatsApp, a freeware, cross-platform, centralized instant messaging, and voice-over-IP service that is accessible worldwide.

The software enables seamless sharing of photographs, documents, user locations, audio and video conversations, text and voice messages, and other content.
