19 PEOPLE ARE PROMOTED TO PROFESSOR AT UNIABUJA

The promotion of 19 academic employees to professorial status has been accepted by the Governing Council of the University of Abuja (UniAbuja).
Eleven people received promotions to associate professor, compared to eight who received promotions to professor.

At its 96th regular meeting this month, the Council—presided over by Prof. Ahmed Modibbo—approved the elevation of the academic staff.
The academic staff were promoted across a number of disciplines, including geophysics, health information management, information and library services, agricultural extension and rural sociology, human resource management, energy engineering, theriogenology, and virology, according to a breakdown of the approved promotions.

“This is very poor indeed and a complete reflection of the entire shoddy plan by the Federal Government,” said Sindy Foster, Principal Partner at Avaero Capital.

“Nobody would care if people did not love their nation. The nation already had a poor reputation; now, government employees are just disobeying court rulings with impunity.

Deals are being made while having doubts about them. airline’s last-minute cancellation for show and the fictitious check-marking of boxes on a roadmap that has yet to materialize. We ought to celebrate sincere accomplishments.

He commended them for their tenacity, tolerance, and diligence, all of which he claimed contributed to their success.

“You were promoted to this enviable rank by dint of hard work, perseverance, and patience,” the vice chancellor added. And I applaud you for continuing to put in effort. But these achievements ought to be the start of greater perseverance, high-caliber instruction, research, and the development of useful concepts.

“Let this serve as a reminder to other University community members that we are dedicated to greatness here and that no one who works hard and merits promotion will look back on it. To push our wonderful University into the league of top universities, we must all pull together.
