21-year-old Chigozie Godswill Augustine has been remanded in prison custody by a Chief Magistrates Court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State for alleged N12, 500 theft.
The accused allegedly robbed Izuchukwu Cletus of his pair of canvas, nicker and shirt all valued at N12, 500 while armed with a gun and other dangerous weapons.
He allegedly committed the crime at number 112 Rumuola Road, Port Harcourt on November 27, last year.
