The gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has won his polling unit against his closest contender, Jimi Agbaje, of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Mr Sanwo-Olu polled a total of 124 votes at his polling unit 19, Ward 9, Lateef Jakande road, Eti-Osa Local Government Area. Mr Agbaje of the PDP scored a total of 26 votes. He had earlier said he believed he had done a better job at winning the people’s confidence than his other opponents.
