Peoples Gazette reported that Governor Babajide Sanwo-attorneys Olu’s have cited the immunity provision in a paternity case in the Effurun Division of the Delta State High Court to bar their client from taking a DNA test.
Recall that Emmanuel Moses, a 27-year-old man, filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, claiming that the Lagos governor is his biological father. He claimed that Grace Moses, his mother, told him that Sanwo-Olu was his father. He testified before the court that the Governor and his mother were romantically involved between 1994 and 1995.
“I am quite certain that I am the son of Governor Sanwo-Olu,” he declared. Sir, I only want to think of the man as my father. Emmanuel claimed to newsmen that he works “casual jobs” to support his wife and three children and that he hasn’t seen his father in 27 years.
