Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, pledged to combat unemployment and insecurity if elected president in the country on February 25, 2023, during the flag-off of a massive gathering in Kaduna State under heavy security.
Additionally, candidates for governor, senator, house of representatives, and state assembly were supported at the rally in the North-West zone, which includes the states of Kaduna, Kano, Kebbi, Jigawa Katsina, Sokoto, and Zamfara.
On Tuesday, the Ahmadu Bello Stadium’s main bowl, which has a seating capacity of 30.000, was only partly full.
In addition to offering work to the numerous young people who are unemployed around the nation, the standard bearer declared he would support agriculture to ensure food security in the nation.
He asserted that Nigerians will not regret electing him president the following year at the time.
Speaking to his supporters in the North-West zone, Tinubu expressed his sorrow over the security situation in Nigeria in general and Kaduna State in particular. He stated that if elected president the following year, terrorism will be completely eradicated.
Additionally, Tinubu urged his fervent fans to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards so they may cast their ballots for all elective party members in the upcoming elections across the zone on election day.
He also praised Nasir El-Rufai, the state’s governor, for the improvement of the state’s infrastructure and expressed his happiness that Uba Sani, the party in the state’s candidate for governor, would be a worthy successor.
We thank God Almighty for bringing you people here, and we thank you for sticking with our party. You won’t ever regret it, Tinubu remarked.

“El-Rufai has done a terrific job; wander around Kaduna and you’ll notice how well-kept and organized it is. And he has increased revenue that is earned internally. A good leader, however, must have a capable successor. He has given Kaduna State a young, enthusiastic, and honorable kid to serve as the next governor. His name is Uba Sani.
We don’t want to say too much today because the sky is clear and the sun is shining brighter, and we want you to return home in peace, happiness, and delight. The young people are our future, and we will do everything in our power to help them find good jobs. We’ll enlist employment. Senator Abdulllahi Adamu, the party’s national leader, had earlier thanked the state’s populace for turning up in large numbers to support their presidential candidate.
We are overwhelmed by this flood—not a flood of water, but a flood of people—who have gathered to support our presidential candidate, Adamu, who spoke in Hausa, said. We have nothing more to say since, as seen by the massive turnout we witnessed, you have already spoken for us. However, I am not shocked because Kaduna is a topic that must be covered while discussing the north. The center of the North is Kaduna.

Simon Lalong, the governor of Plateau State and director general of the APC Campaign Council, also spoke. He described how Tinubu taunted the robbers by traveling to Birnin-Gwari at night and noted that the act was a sign that Nigeria will be secure under his presidency.
Governors Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa, Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi, Simon Lalong of Plateau, Aminu Masari of Katsina, and Bello Mattawalle of Zamfara States were among the dignitaries present at the gathering.
Supporters were searched as they entered the stadium’s main bowl, which had strict security.
