PASTOR, HIS WIFE, AND THEIR TWO SONS ARE IN A CAR ACCIDENT ON THE WAY HOME FROM CHURCH.

On Sunday night, February 12, 2023, a Toyota Sienna carrying a couple and their two sons was killed after it collided with a stopped Volvo truck on the Lagos-Badagry motorway.

The terrible tragedy reportedly happened while the father, known as pastor Segun Adigun, his wife, Mrs. Bolanle, and their boys, Michael and Daniel, were coming home from church.

Mr. Sulaiman Taiwo, the Unit Commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Badagry, confirmed the terrible occurrence on Monday and stated that the Toyota Sienna was coming from Agbara when it collided with the stopped Volvo truck.

The unit commander claimed that because of limited sight, the car’s driver struck the halted truck.

About 8:45 p.m., we received notification of the accident, and at 9:00 p.m., we were on the scene. The incident claimed lives. Father, mother, and their sons were taken by ambulance to the General Hospital in Badagry, where the attending physician pronounced them dead.
