Mudashiru Obasa, Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, has praised Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for his sense of purpose and devotion to the ideas that make Lagos great.
Obasa also hailed Femi Gbajabiamila, President Bola Tinubu’s Chief of Staff, as a sensitive person who brings life to every assignment entrusted to him.
On the occasion of their birthdays, the speaker presented the plaudits Inna congratulations message to Sanwo-Olu and Gbajabiamila.
Sanwo-Olu is 58 years old, whereas Gbajabiamila, the immediate previous Speaker of the House of Representatives, is 61.
“You have constantly ignited the passion for the sustenance of the dream, vision, and inclusiveness that have kept us achieving more for the people of our dear State,” Obasa said.
“Your life speaks volumes of God’s favor, and because you are a reputable technocrat, our State of excellence will continue to benefit from your wealth of knowledge and experience as you grow older.”
“Indeed, this is just the beginning of even greater years to come,” the speaker remarked.
Obasa congratulated Gbajabiamlia, saying, “You have consistently demonstrated genuineness of purpose and leadership.”
“We saw this in the different posts you held in the House of Representatives, particularly as Speaker. History will always remember you as the leader of one of Nigeria’s most tranquil Houses of Representatives.
“Your leadership abilities, diligence, and dedication to nation-building are just a few of your radiant and remarkable qualities that will help you meet the challenges ahead as you support Mr. President in his pursuit of a greater Nigeria.”
“On behalf of my family, colleagues, management, and staff of the Lagos legislature, I pray that Almighty Allah will always empower you to remain of service to Him and humanity, amin,” Speaker Obasa said.
