Access Bank, a prominent player in the Nigerian financial sector, has partnered with SaltinGStein to launch Winbundle Airtime2Win on its digital platform, offering customers a unique opportunity to transform airtime purchases into potentially life-changing experiences.

With the Winbundle Airtime2Win service, customers can purchase airtime by dialing *901#, receiving 70 percent of the airtime value along with 30 percent allocated as raffle tickets for a consumer draw. Participants have the chance to win up to N100 million weekly.

Robert Giles, Senior Retail Advisor for Retail Banking at Access Bank, emphasized the bank’s commitment to rewarding customers. He noted that the bank’s *901 USSD services have significantly improved access to financial services, enabling customers to open accounts without needing to visit a branch. This convenience particularly benefits younger customers, especially women, allowing them to manage their finances from anywhere.

Giles stated, “Our platform has evolved to include bill payments, data top-ups, and subscriptions for services like DSTV. We continuously adapt our offerings based on customer feedback, which is essential in today’s competitive banking landscape.”

The partnership with WinBundle aims to enhance the utility and appeal of airtime payments, with customers now having the chance to win substantial cash prizes alongside their transactions.

Oluremi Tinuola Gabriel, Group Head of Digital Channel at Access Bank, reiterated that the collaboration is a direct response to customer desires for more engaging financial services. “Customers now have the opportunity to win up to N100 million every week,” he remarked.

Stella Oshorinde, Chief Commercial Officer at WinBundle by SaltinGStein Limited, explained that customers can easily participate in the promotion by selecting airtime options from the *901# menu. “This initiative represents the future of everyday spending through gamification, allowing consumers to enter a national draw each Friday for a chance to win substantial prizes,” she said.
