The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) electrified the nation with its 14th Convocation Ceremony, celebrating the triumphant graduation of 17,420 students. The event pulsed with emotion as 51 inmates from correctional centers defied the odds to earn degrees, standing tall alongside 1,417 First Class achievers and 40 newly minted Ph.D. holders.
This landmark occasion underscores NOUN’s unwavering mission to democratize education and nurture brilliance—proving that with opportunity and determination, no barrier is too great to break.
