RSU Lecturer, Dr. Ali Happiness Ozulem, Celebrates VC’s New Honour, Hails Him as a Shining Light and Father Figure

A lecturer in the Faculty of Media and Communication Studies, Rivers State University (RSU), Dr. Ali Happiness Ozulem, has applauded the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Isaac Zeb-obipi, following his recent conferment as Regimental Commanding Officer by the Department of Maritime Science in partnership with the Merchant Navy and Seafarers Intercontinental Pool.

Dr. Ozulem described Professor Zeb-obipi as “a shining light in the university community and a father figure of extraordinary vision,” praising him for the transformational leadership that continues to uplift the institution. She said the honour reflects the Vice-Chancellor’s unwavering dedication to excellence, discipline, and institutional growth.
