Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, and his wife, Natasha Osawaru, have dedicated their newborn son in a church ceremony that blended quiet devotion with joyful celebration.

The dedication, held over the weekend, drew close family members and friends who gathered to witness the couple formally present their child before God. A video from the ceremony, now circulating on social media, captured the moment the couple danced toward the altar with their baby in their arms, as relatives followed closely behind, clapping and cheering.

The ceremony came barely three months after the couple welcomed their first child together in November 2025, following their traditional wedding earlier in the year. The footage showed 2Baba dressed simply yet elegantly, calm and reflective, occasionally breaking into a soft smile as he stood beside his wife.

At a solemn point during the service, Natasha handed their baby to the officiating minister, who offered prayers while members of the congregation watched attentively. The moment underscored the spiritual significance of the occasion for the couple.

Despite ongoing public attention surrounding his highly publicised divorce from Annie Idibia, 2Baba appeared composed and focused throughout the ceremony, directing his attention solely to his wife and newborn son.

The dedication has since sparked warm reactions online, with fans and well-wishers celebrating the couple’s new chapter and praising the intimate, faith-filled ceremony.
